1.AK scrupulously ensures that each Product strictly complies with its quality criteria and that it has met all of our controls, both technical and aesthetic.
2.The product is considered to be defective if it is damaged upon receipt or if a manufacturing defect is found in accordance with and within the warranty periods associated with the product concerned.
3.Items damaged as a result of normal use will not be considered defective.
4.If your watch is received defective or you discover a defect within the warranty period of 2 years following delivery, you have the option of making a return for repair. You must send your request by e-mail to our customer service department at the address specified on your Guarantee voucher and your order confirmation. This procedure is only valid when the order status is "Completed".
5.Your watch is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery. Requests for warranty or repair or even replacement cases will not give rise to any extension of this period.
6.The warranty is excluded in the following cases:
damage due to normal wear and aging of the product.
damage due to improper assembly or assembly.

the warranty does not cover bracelets, glasses.
7.AK strongly advises against putting your leather straps in contact with water. Indeed, not having undergone any waterproofing treatment, your leather strap risks being damaged (cracking, breakage, loss of color). We invite you to remove your leather strap before washing your hands, taking a shower or swimming. Your warranty only covers manufacturing defects in your watch and not your bracelet.
8.It is specified that AK's display and promotional campaigns (intended by nature to highlight the aesthetic and innovative character of AK products, and which may sometimes represent AK products in unusual situations or uses) cannot be considered as constituting examples of normal use of AK products which could be claimed as such by the end user.
It is therefore understood that the AK warranty will be limited to cases of defect appearing only after normal and usual use, recognized for a watch.
9.Upon analysis of the information appearing in the return request for a defective product, we reserve the right not to act on your request for legitimate reasons (warranty period exceeded, defect not covered by the warranty, inappropriate use of the product. product, …).
10.Under warranty, we offer to repair or replace defective items where possible. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired and the same item is no longer available, then you may be eligible for a full refund.
11.Items should be sent using the return label provided by AK. Packages returned directly to our offices will not be processed and returned to the sender.
12. All returned products must be accompanied by all complete order information to facilitate identification and expedite processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
